Kylie is authentic and kind. She won't judge you at all. She will push your limits a little but only once you have a relationship with her. If you are on the fence definitely do it. It will be worth it. - K
Just from a short while of interacting with Kylie on TikTok lives and since joining the Kynd Facebook group I have enjoyed the positivity and support that permeates this community. I’m at a difficult point in my life right now and this community has given me some hope that things can and will get better. - M
I got my smile back! When I started working with Kylie my therapist pointed out that I was smiling in a genuine way that she had never seen. It was the small actionable steps to implement self care into my daily routine, shifting focus to reconnect with my passions and discussions about all or nothing thinking that helped me find my authentic self and smile. -L
Since beginning consults, I feel like I am a completely different person. A year ago, I lacked confidence in myself. I didn't believe I was worthy of loving myself for who I was. I had an incredible amount of social anxiety and depression. Since then, Kylie has taught me how to look at my life in the small ways I wanted to change and helped me to focus on ways I could be successful. The small successes week after week, helped me to build confidence in myself that I could really change. I also got my husband into consults, which has also immensely helped him. It helped to strengthen our marriage and partnership. In a year, I have lost 40 pounds and maintained some of my goals like water intake and exercise. I also feel more confident and feel like I am living as my most authentic self. I feel like my husband and I both utilize the tools Kylie taught us weekly in order to keep us accountable to each other. - A
Kylie has encouraged me to be a more motivated and organized individual. She has helped me in this way in my personal and familial life. I am a stay at home mom, and she has also helped me feel less alone and like I have people around to support me.

The self assessment questionnaires Kylie has made really help you to delve into what you really want, including what you are missing and want to change. I learnt alot about myself just from doing those self assessments and then Kylie helped me to take what was missing and make it achievable to put those missing bits back into my life - N

When I started this I wasn’t in a good place mentally. Therapy wasn’t much help but having someone hold me accountable for stupid choices made me change. Having someone that was willing to help me with a study plan that I could stick to and cheer me on has been huge. Even when I fail it helped to have someone that could still see the bright side. Pass or fail this semester I couldn’t have come this far without the help. I’m not sure I would’ve made it this far without it period. - K
It was really freeing to be interviewed for the podcast, and to talk about ways in which I defy expectations. Ky was super encouraging, which made me feel comfortable being vulnerable and opening up to answer questions. - K
